Attendance at class indicates acceptance of the following terms:
GENERAL TERMS:
Class participants should arrive before the start of class in suitable clothing (fitness or yoga gear and extra layers for warmth). Remove footwear/bags/coats and leave at the perimeter of the room. Please bring your own mat (inform the teacher if spares are required). Switch off any devices/smart watches to avoid disturbance.
INJURIES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
The student must inform the teacher before the start of the class of any new injuries or medical conditions before they attend a class, for example pregnancy, knee injury etc. You can call or message the teacher, or email ahead of the class if you prefer. The teacher, Julia Falcon, will take all reasonable care when teaching, based on the information provided. She also has the right to refuse admission. During any Yoga class students are expected to listen to their bodies and rest as needed. They acknowledge that any physical activity can involve some risk of injury. He/She assumes any such risk and accepts responsibility for any injury sustained, and discharge and hold harmless Julia Falcon, from any liability arising from any injury to them.
PAYMENT:
Book online in advance, no cash unless agreed prior to booking. The teacher is unable to carry over or refund in the case of no shows. Where classes are booked through a Plan, yogis can swap sessions within the period covered by the Plan. Classes booked PAYG (single purchase) cannot be cancelled or refunded. Should the teacher need to cancel a class, they will offer an alternative date or a refund.

COMMUNICATIONS & PRIVACY (GDPR):
Teacher contact details: falconjulia01@gmail.com, Tel: 07768 806 319. WhatsApp groups are sometimes set up for specific classes, to enable the teacher to keep in touch at short notice – please supply your mobile number for this purpose.
If you do not wish to be on a WhatsApp group, the teacher will communicate through either text or email, where possible. The teacher asks individuals for their age and fitness profile before they start classes. This is to enable her to better serve them, and the information provided remains private.
All class participants' data will be removed if they stop attending classes.
(Logging into the website booking system allows participants to book without having to fill in their details each time.)
ILLNESS PRECAUTIONS:
Please don’t come to class if you feel unwell. If you need to stop classes mid-plan due to a serious change in circumstances, illness or injury, please contact the teacher.
CLASS FORMAT:
The usual class will include Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm up, standing asanas (poses), floor stretches, balances, with a short Savasana (relaxation) at the end. We practice Ahimsa (non-harming) which means being aware of how you are feeling, being kind while still working hard.
