Creating focus, building mobility, strength & flexibility. A class designed to enhance the climbing experience and improve awareness of movement, breathing and calm the mind. All Levels, non yogis welcome. FREE on site parking

If you wish to reschedule a class booked through your Plan, please do so at lease 5 hours in advance of the start time. PAYG (single session purchase) payments are booked against specific sessions and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If the teacher cancels a class she will offer an alternative class or a refund.
