Cancellation Policy

If you wish to reschedule a class booked through your Plan, please do so at lease 5 hours in advance of the start time. PAYG (single session purchase) payments are booked against specific sessions and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If the teacher cancels a class she will offer an alternative class or a refund.
