Harnessing Udana energy, this uplifting sequence is designed to bring a feeling of growth and expressive power - opening the senses. Build confidence and energy in your body as we move and maybe even make some noise! A flowing 90min practice, starting at 10am, Sunday March 22nd. Please arrive in good time, bring your mat, layers & water. Limited places available. Please read T&Cs before booking. £16pp at Blunsdon Village (main) Hall, Broad Blunsdon, Swindon. FREE PARKING on both sides of the village hall.
