About the event
A flowing, repetitive sequence designed to bring energy into the body, open the senses and refresh the mind. With moments to pause and try breathing practices. For everyone including beginners. A 90min practice, starting at 4pm, Saturday March 21st, 2026, to celebrate the start of Spring. Please arrive in good time, bring layers, water (and a blanket if needed). Limited places
