About the event
As the full moon rises on the evening after the clocks go back, join me for a calming, repetitive practice of Moon Salutations; the sequence slowing with each set. We'll have time to reflect and relax as we move into the evening, with a breathing practice and finishing with a simple guided meditation. Leave at 6:30pm feeling truly peaceful for the evening.
A 90min practice, starting at 5pm, Sunday 25 October 2026.
