About the event

For anyone interested in keeping moving for life...including walkers, runners, dancers, yogis!

Learn how to look after your feet with fun and practical exercises, woven together with yoga throughout the session, to create a clear connection between movement, breath and mind.


We'll explore how our dependable feet work constantly to support, propel, and keep us stable and balanced. Try self-massage of your feet, stretching and releasing tension; try some tricky balancing drills; and learn to build mobility and strength to help stay active for the future. No yoga experience needed.

Please arrive in good time for the event start at 3pm. We will finish by 5pm. More information about what to bring will follow. There is FREE parking either side of the village hall. Make sure you read my T&Cs before booking, and contact me with any questions. I'm afraid no refunds can be offered unless we can sell your place.
